Return & Exchange Policy – Talwar Apparel

At Talwar Apparel, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any products once the order has been placed and delivered.


2. Exchange Policy (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

We only offer exchange in case the product received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item delivered

Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.


3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Clear evidence (photos/videos) of the issue must be provided

Talwar Apparel reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.


4. Free Exchange for Damaged Items

If your product is confirmed to be damaged or defective:

  • The exchange will be processed free of cost
  • Talwar Apparel will cover the delivery charges for the replacement

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Size issues or change of mind
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

6. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 6 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order details and evidence of the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve/reject the request
  4. Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process

7. Delays & Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the same item is not available, a similar product may be offered
